I think I'm right in saying the price of the rights is the difference between the offer price £1.50 and the current share price £2.37 at the last look so already my rights are worth less is this correct.

I used Hoodless Brennans Advisory service as I was fairly new to trading and innocently thought that as a customer they would have my best interests at heart.

Nothing could have been further from the truth, after I lost 80% of my money in a matter of months whilst the stock market was booming from June 2009 I decided to look into the company and the companies that they had advised me to buy into and I discovered what I feel are some very unusual circumstances.

I was not wanting to post these online but was wondering if there is any journalists that deal in investigating shares deals that could have a look at this as I do not have enough knowledge to know whether this is a criminal matter?

What companies were you advised to buy, almost everything rose at some point last year. I'd not use any of those services regardless of who they are, use a managed fund instead

Hold off with BP for a while. There will be a hearing into the Gulf disaster soon and if they are found guilty they have to pay around £10 billion in fines. That could decrease share value big time.

By the way, HSBC just announced massive profits again and their price rose, again. Too bad that their price is too high already so many people like me see no sense in buying them.
