Bless you & thank you for all your hard work, Purplemumof2!
Managed another 2 days of home made sandwiches (training, & travelling through snow & ice, so glad of sandwiches as something to eat going home, avoiding siren lure of snacks etc!)
Made it to 17/18 so far...
  • Day 18 done soup was delicious, home made chunky vegetable with chicken, can’t decide whether to have the same again tomorrow or a roast chicken and pickle sandwich :-) x

16 out of 21 for lunch, two coffees and one breakfast purchased. For the first month, I'm happy with that!
The lunches purchased were because of hot days and no storage, or that OH took it as he was called in for overtime.

Day 20 - the rest of the squash and tarragon soup.

Woohoo - that's my target hit. Very happy about that - I should have kept a track on how much I've saved but given I on average was spending £5 on lunch a day (or more) that's at least £100!
