  • Coffee sachet I brought in wasn't all that nice. I think I need to bring some oat milk into work. I've a different type for today so will see how it goes.

Realised I hadn't prepped food for today so had to bring in a pot noodle for lunch. I've just started to record my spending so interested to see if I start noticing a difference in my budget.

  • Friday’s soup was not a success so I ended up buying a sandwich, I think I got the ratio of apples and parsnips wrong, the texture was way too thick and I ended up with something that resembled Apple sauce with a parsnip aftertaste. Corned beef and pickle sandwich made up and in the fridge ready for tomorrow.

  • Morning,

Ready meal for me out of the freezer, as neither of the kids wanted it...apparently they don't like it....oh well, roast beef dinner for me :D

List has been updated on the first page and I will do February's thread when I get a moment.

    Have a great day xx

    Morning all!

I've lost track, but I'm on 100% for January! I've had a few unexpected days off (funeral, sick day etc), but I still haven't bought a sandwich! x

Sunday leftovers again. Baked spud. Tricky but possible to microwave & hot food always a pleasure. 15/18!
