  • Hello - Sorry to trouble, but hoping I can keep this thread open for further advice I have now received a Final Notice on top of the above response to DTR, and would like to know what to do.
  • Here is the letter quoting previous cases that ruled in their favour.

    I have also

    1. Not received a response from retailer.
    2. Not received a response from Br-itanea P asking for evidence, recorded delivery.

    3. Not received a response from my MP.

I intend to chase the above but obviously will wait for you. That is if you are still willing to help.

    Your pm

IMO your letter is far too long, rambling, and emotive. I suggest that you make it more business like, more objective, and about one fifth of its current length.

Follow up the retailer complaint, and start reading all the zillions of similar court claims from the same company. Tons on here and we have a 99% success rate from people who follow all our advice and win at a hearing.

  • ha ha ha is Bovine a legal term, lets use that ;) I had to Google it, I like new eloquence.

Thanks for the response I feel a bit soothed, You have seen more of this than I. And thanks for your patience both.

I, by the way, did take the initative to shorten the letter to the Retailer, if this is what you refer to, after advice from UMK and I also shortened it by about 2 3rds but sadly not 1 5th... but you are right..

I came to park, unfair contract, sort it out. - anyway never mind.

I sent another email today to the cinema stating that unless they respond, all their board members will be getting a copy and I will be taking the matter to my local press to warn other patrons what might happen if their film runs over or they park in what appears to be branded as the "cinema car park".

The MP letter was however really shortened again to a single page 12 font.

I found it rather strange britea3nnia did not respond to my request for evidence, that in itself might be mitiation if they actually do take me to court in 16 days.

You emailed their Data Protection email contact and called it a SAR? Online SAR requests normally get a response within days.

  • No I did the following

    1. Wrote to Breta3ina asking for their evidence and list of items, as stated in sticky herein. Followed all instructions. There is no email address to contact them. I have copy of signed for confirmation.

    2. Wrote to B wubblew with SAR as stated in sticky also, short letter to say I had taken steps 1. and requested data restriction in meantime. They wrote back - letter posted above.
