Hi, I've just noticed that I've actually been given two numbers! #157 and #167. I have logged payments against number #167.

Please let me know if this is okay
  • #091
Paid £650 to my debts last month
  • #097 another £295 taking my total to £834.49/£3669.48
  • Evening everyone, great to see how well people are doing - very inspiring:T Finally pay day and I've paid £100 to CC1. Have done a balance transfer from CC2 as have been paying interest for a couple of months so hoping the totals will come down more rapidly now....

    #96 now at £310/£4500

Better late than never, I would like to join please!

I totted up my debts at the start of the year and the payments to them so far. So my target for the year is £5800 (with £3.87 change!) and clearing that would leave me with no consumer debts but some money owed to family that I hope to tackle next year.

Payments TD make my total £339.82/£5800

    Thanks!

    I don't believe I have a number yet as muppets's last post was on 2 Feb 19.

February statement has come out for my Santander card - this is my only interest-bearing one and I am still having to spend on it for work expenses and such. But the statement balance is £17.42 less than it was when I did my sums at the start of the month. Add on the minimum payment to the first of two 0% cards and we are at

    Paid £43.42 = £383.24/£5800

Another £350 paid off the Santander card today but I will net that off at the next statement!

Keep up the good work all!
  • #114 £50 off :)

    Whoop whoop! At 30%!!

7 days until payday and my bills have all gone out. I can see I have some spare money left, so I paid £200 off the debt. I have £26 to put petrol in the car, but and plan is to try not spend more then that if I can help it... that would leave me a £1000 emergency fund. I can then use the next few months salary purely for debt not saving.

Edit to add that I had £2.34 from Shopmium, so have send that to the debt too.

Only managed a small payment today (but at least it's a payment!) and I'm now over the £1k mark for the amount I've paid off! :T:T

Had to keep some money back to cover half term. Also had to put a full tank of fuel in the car and fill the cupboards ready for MIL coming for the weekend. Luckily next payment is in on Tuesday next week so I know I'll be able to top everything up then if I need to....but have kept more than normal back as I have a feeling it's going to be expensive!! :(

Paid another £45.30 today thanks to only needing a 3 week train ticket this month and juggling the payment date on one of my other debts.

I just didn't have the patience to be waiting 3 weeks every month for one of the direct debits to come out of the bank. I changed the payment date to just after payday which now means it's not due until next month, but I can allocate that payment to a different card.
