Thanks Buffy! I think you're right, having made 36 million 'pros and cons' lists... one part of me does just want rid, but if I carry on saving, I could do that anyway at any time if I get too impatient. But if I do it the other way round, I'll maybe end up using credit for moving costs and get myself back where I started. Which would be, uh, disappointing to say the least...
