Having a productive Sunday. Got home after a week away yesterday and all the chores are done and now I'm looking at my bank accounts. Budgeted for the week away and have come home with money in my purse. I did boob one day when I forgot my purse and only had my emergency CC on me so £139 was spent on that but I've already transferred £100 to cover it. The other £39 will be paid off tomorrow once I've been to the bank. I've updated my figures to show the £39 just in case anything happens and I don't make the payment

Last month my loan payments ended leaving me with an extra £306 a month to play with. My original thought was to change my DD and pay it all to the credit card but next month I have another weekend away which will be quite spendy so instead I've set up another bank account with the £306 being transferred into that. That way the money will be accessible to me if I need it and whatever I don't spend can be pinged across to the CC.

    #204 - £1,361.20/£4,163

    CC1: [STRIKE]£442 [/STRIKE] PAID
    CC2: [STRIKE]1019.80[/STRIKE] - [STRIKE]£900[/STRIKE] transferred to CC3, [STRIKE]£119.80 [/STRIKE] PAID
    Overdraft: [STRIKE]£1,900[/STRIKE] transferred to CC3

    CC3: £100/£2,902

So % paid off kind of went down a bit due to adding money transfer & balance transfer fees (argh), but as a rank amateur, I think I did the right thing as I now have the outstanding balance all in one place & interest-free for 23 months, plus no instantly recallable overdraft... Still intending to pay the lot off by Xmas 2019, but as a freelancer my income is variable, so at least this way I have a safety net.

Sorry for going on - & full of admiration for everyone's efforts & determination here!

The remaining £40 from my holiday spend has been paid off. Can't pay anything else off this month :(
