An up and down month for me...

A buy now pay later plan kicked into action - put it on the credit card. Then my car's front wheel tracking went. Before I knew it I had £500 new credit on the "emergency" credit card. Decided it would be best to use my savings to pay off IN FULL (!) rather than start shuffling again. So I've ended up paying more than planned, and have seriously depleted the emergency savings pot. But at least I have peace of mind.

£1012.45 on credit cards in April, meaning:

Can I join please, loving the idea of this :)

I have £3420.00 that I would like to clear by Xmas, I would also like to have 1k in savings for an emergency fund. I don’t know if I can do it but am gunner try!

Makes me feel sad seeing this owed, so no holidays this year until am back in the green, OH started a new job so this should help with clearing this.

So far have paid off £380.99 leaving £3039.01 to pay and saved £400 yay.

Please note these are interest free debts so I am not concerned with using my savings to clear them.
  • That’s another payment made. I paid an extra £270 towards my debt last month and £1050 paid this month. I’ve only got £900 left to pay on my highest apr card then it shall be gone forever.
