I did some spins. I 'won' a couple of 5SB bonuses and they turned up on the ledger as 1000SB swagup but paying 5SB (which was added to my total. I definitely didn't win a 1000SB rebate on my next card
If you are sure that it said 1000SB swagup and NOT 5SB bonus then hopefully they will credit it but there does seem to be (yet another) error in the description.

Yes, that's what mine says, but mine was definitely for a SB bonus on the spin wheel, not a 1000 rebate

(I tend to check the ledger as I spin to make sure that what it 'says' I have won is what goes on the ledger - while the wheel page is still open in another window so if I need to I can screenshot it if I want to put in a ticket.)

I had 2 x 5SB wins on the wheel. they were both added to ledger & overall total but do show up as this on it.

they don't show up under the actual swagups link as a swagup when gift cards ordered though

I had 2 of these (really for 5 SB wins) which show on the Activity ledger

Other: Spin & Win 1000 SB Rebate .... +5 SB

and 4 of these for 1,000 SB rebates (when applied the 1,000 just adds to the total without appearing anywhere else just showing as applied instead of available under swagups)

I have just won a 1000sb refund on my next GC on spin and win. I have just tried to cancel the £10 GC so I could claim the 1000sb but it seems that I am unable to do this as the 1000sb are only available till the 25th February
