Add them to your PayPal account and send the money to a friend/family then ask them to send you the same amount back but do NOT refund. It’s free and you get the cash

Last time the 1000SB rebate worked on Paypal but not this time. Is it working on cards? I've never requested a giftcard before and I know you need to verify with a postcard, so I don't think I'll be able to claim them this time.

Also is there a minimum limit to redeem for it to work?

usually it's 1000 sb for a 1000 rebate. You can't have a rebate less than you spend.

Try a £10 or more gift card & see what it says for verifying,it is usually send an email which you then you have to click on it to verify or answer your security question.
The postcard verifying is usually done to verify your account but if you have been claiming PayPal for a while it may be ok.
