So it seems with watch you can just click onto the next video once the one currently "playing" has got it's tick to confirm it's been "watched"

(referring to the black screen/no videos issue)

((sorry if that's been mentioned already and I have missed it))

Yes, takes around 45 seconds for each tick to appear. If you click on the next video too efficiently the moment the tick appears it can lead to a 'slow down your going to fast' warning and then after 2 to three instances soft ban.

    Hi all.
I can't seem to get shop visits to add to my team challenge total. I click on "Shop" from the Team Challenge page, click on one of the featured stores, and click on "Shop Now". It opens the shop in a new window and the Swagbutton informs me that cashback is active. But no addition to my points on the Team Challenge page.

There was an offer of 500 SB bonus if you spent £5 via Shop in April (and earned at least 25 SB from the qualifying purchase). I did this - the 390 SB from the purchase are showing as pending. Should I be seeing the bonus showing as pending as well, or does it just pop up once the qualifying purchase SB get credited after 32 days? Thanks!

    Step 1 - 2 SB

    Step 2 - 6 SB

Notes: (1) Very hard to generate SB at the moment.

I made a purchase to get this offer, under 'My Swag Ups' mine is showing a status of 'pending' and has done so as soon as the purchase tracked.

Hmmm, I don't see anything related to this under My Swag Ups. Should I be worried? Should I submit a ticket now or wait until the SB from the purchase are awarded and see if I get the bonus?

I've been struggling recently as well but just scraping my first daily goals. I find the surveys that do not qualify for the SB disqualification bonus (usually worth 60SB) are the most reliable - there's been a few today!

Anyone else having problems with being sent Mastercard codes - I redeemed for one which according to SB was sent a week ago but haven't had the code from the reward provider. I've started contacting the help desk about it but according to them it's been sent.

I know there were issues with higher value ones about 12 - 18 months ago but if the same hassles are starting with the lower values (this ones a £25, previously it was £50 or £100) it's going to chip away even more at my willingness to put up with SB's constantly making it harder to earn.
