I thought I would pop back and give an update on the gala bingo not tracking points incase anyone else had the same problem.
Originally there was an offer up of 4000 points if you as a new bingo member, deposited and played through £10. It seemed such a good deal that I did it , only to discover that the offer did not seem to have tracked (it wasnt showing anywhere in my activity history). So I queried it (about 4 messages and pictures from me) and was told to wait 32 days as the offer was on a delayed payment. Anyway, 32 days later and nothing happened so I wrote again twice and finally they 'awarded' me the points as a 'good will gesture'. So if you did it too and nothing has turned up, do badger them.
