did anyone else do the galabingo for 4000 points?
It was on the homepage on march22nd . You had to deposit and play 10 pounds.
In the small print it said it would show as pending for 32 days .
I ask because I did it and no trace of having done it is showing in my list of things done for that day so Im wondering do they just award the points after the 32nd day?.
I sent a ticket with photo proof of the offer card and my deposit and play through but SB seem to have gone very quiet since acknowledging the query and that offer seems to be gone from the homepage and banner.

Have you checked shop activity as it goes there, and tells you the date the SB will be credited? Most offers I find don't track properly and you have to put a ticket in with proof.

Sadly it isnt there.:mad:
I have a screen grab of just about everything I could find as proof so will have to keep my fingers crossed they honour the offer.

I did the offer and it isn’t showing either. I’ve yet to do a ticket as having won and withdrawn £280 I’m a bit more relaxed about it.

I’ve had this happen twice with casino sites and SB. Once they refused to credit me and once they credited immediately when I submitted a ticket and I didn’t have to wait 32 days.

I will submit a ticket later.
