I had it a while ago with Matalan - I even raised a ticket but got no response and got the credit!

Hello, all.

I signed up to Swagbucks recently (Following information found on this site) and all has been going well. I noticed when signing up that there was the offer of an additional £10 worth of SB if you accumulated so much in your first month, iirc... And sure enough, I got an email yesterday saying:

"Congrats, you earned a free £10 bonus towards your first cashback purchase."

I'm assuming that's the reward in question? Thing is, it hasn't (obviously) done anything - I still have the same number of SB as before and I can't see anything different in the other sections. Where should I be looking, please?

In case it makes a difference, I believe you need to do something to further activate or verify the account before buying any cashback cards for the first time (Possibly give further information like postal address or phone number?). I haven't done that yet... nor am I sure how to go about doing so!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

No that, that's just to encourage you to use their 'shop and earn' section which is a bit like Quidco or Topcashback, but probably not as good. If I'm remembering correctly the bonus will indeed show up on your points total and your activity log. Hover your mouse pointer over your points total to get to the activity log.

Just received the ‘rate your purchase’ email and I have 675 SB pending from LoveHoney that I certainly didn’t purchase!
