Sorry I can't help with the apps today, my main phone has had to be sent away for a repair, so I was relying on my little Vodaphone that was recommended on here a year or so ago, when it slipped out of my hand and into my mug of tea!!! :eek: It isn't at all happy, mobiles don't like tea apparently. I've been without the apps for several days now and still managing to reach my goal, which has amazed me.
Hope your apps sort themselves out soon.

Mine all worked on android, but I asked my partner and on ipad entertainme and movieclips are just staying on a spinning circle, he says he uninstalled and reinstalled but they still the same, luckily he got a survey so done his goal, hope yours work out

Am i right in thinking there was supposed to be an option with the member recognition benefits to get gift card codes instantly rather than having to wait several days?

Think it depends what level you are on..I got one instantly the other day.I am allowed one instant redemption up to £25 per month on Emerald level
