    For a week now I have not been able to use Watch. The video playlist shows but when I click on one to play it I get the message "Oops.....looks like that one got away" I know others have had this but is there any way to resolve the issue or do I have to just wait until Swagbucks kindly let me resume watching.

    Well I resolved my ban by switching to an ISP that doesn't have a 'fair use' policy so my connection speed stopped dropping to zero, but time still had to pass to get Watch back. I think getting banned for a week means that you managed to do something considered quite bad or repeatedly did the same mildly bad action. Have you figured out what might have happened?
    Getting in touch with SB is unlikely to help, they won't know what caused the ban and you'll probably get referred to the compliance team, which doesn't sound very nice :eek:

    The only thing I think can have happened is that, possibly on the day before the ban, I did not wait for the videos to automatically roll onto the next one but did click (once the tick had appeared) on the next video to play it. I only did this a few times to save time and I do, usually, leave to play itself. Suppose that might have been enough to get me banned. Swagbucks is getting such a struggle these days as surveys are scarcer and watch was a way to get some swagbucks.

    No Daffydog, I do that all the time, it doesn't get me banned. It is possible to to it too quickly, if you click the next video the moment the tick appears, I think the browser doesn't have time to send the info back to Swagbucks, it's only moments that I have to wait though maybe a second or two, and doing that once only gets a short half day ban, a week long ban means there was probably a couple of other infringements too.

    Clicking through quickly that one day is the only time I could have done anything wrong. I must have upset the powers that be.

    Not sure if it's just me or not but the last 2 days I've hardly got a survey to work and noticed when I used booking buddy to search and collect SB's I've stopped getting any for them. Booking buddy is showing up on the shop activity as shops visited just not against purches? is there a limit on theses searches? Anyone else come across similar issues?


    Watch etc is working fine and collecting points ok

    Thanks maybe just not me then, I did just get an instant survey done there but that's it
