Copying directly from MSWord etc to this forum is likely to lead to your IP address being banned. Copy via notepad to avoid this.

    See here:
The good news is that the forum software is due to change next month, but that in itself will, I'm sure, bring a host of new problems.

    a Service Access Request (SAR)
    Should be: -
a [strike]Service[/strike] Subject Access Request (SAR)
Your first few paragraphs seem to be more of a defence than a witness statement (WS). A WS is "in support of my defence as already filed" and so there is no need to repeat it. A WS should be a narrative of what happened at the time and subsequently, written in your own words, which you have done. You should find some more ammunition for your abuse of process paragraphs by looking at threads by CEC16 and basher52 or by searching for the thread by beamerguy about Abuse of Process and the comments at post #14 of that thread by Coupon-mad

In response to my SARS sent again, I have received the following response from Gladstone's:

" Thank you for your correspondence. Please note that the Witness Statement which will include our client's supporting evidence will be served on you according to the Court's directions."

So they have ignored my request for the missing PCN's that I require. Clearly by not providing me with those copies, and photos etc they are refusing my SARS request, what can I do about this?

Also I have noticed that since my original PCN's were issued, PCM have changed where they have placed their signage. When the PCN's were issued the signs were in different places (some can be seen on the pictures they have provided etc), however now their new signs are all conveniently placed directly on the lamp posts within the car park so there is no excuse that the signs could not be seen clearly!

Very sneaky of them, I'm not sure when they replaced these signs as this was way before I received the Court paperwork!!

Write a quick letter to the Judge by name and ask that claim numbers xxxxxxx and xxxxxxx be consolidated.

Use the words by bargepole, EVEN IF you already did. Your Judge has not noticed:

That poster went on to win!

    Totally agree. Makes no sense.

Have they conflated some of the dates from the second claim, across to this one? Either way, cover it in your WS and say how you are confused, then lead into mentioning your Supplementary WS about parking firms NOT being able to lawfully recover additional costs above a £100 parking charge that already includes those same costs.
