You've yet to tell us exactly what the problem is.You've done nothing to help in any case.
You say you returned the item, the shop say you were selling it.
The crux of the matter is either total confusion (like this thread) or simply your word over that of the shop.
Did you not produce your proof of purchase when you returned the item to the shop?
Do you even have any proof of purchase?
If you don't, then you were always going to really struggle returning a second-hand laptop with cosmetic damage and a broken port (though you say this wasn't the case, you can't prove it) ...It'll also make it difficult to threaten legal action etc...
As for use of the forum, other users do not have a problem.
There was a similarly sharp reply at post #5 to another poster entirely...To be fair to the OP, they only directed the 'ineptitude' at one particular poster, who only seemed to be antagonising the OP.0
