YOu shoudl ask them if they will file the notice?
Now they know you are assisted bya forum with a fantastic record afgaisnt them, able to counter every argument they have ever made, maybe they should cut their losses now?
They know they have no hope of success, so to continue is vexatious, and their latest desperateattmept at intimidation is noted with amusement0 -

Yep, it will be interesting to see if they will now actually have the witness appear
OP - you shoudl ask them for their name and serviceable address of the warden, so if they fail to reply to your Notice requiring them to bring their witness along, you will issue a Witness Summons on the parking parasite.0 -

But don't spend too much time now, just wait
In selling there is a good phrase .... "the first one to talk loses"
Mind you, what is going on with this lot is like dealing with a play school Kindergarten
Hopefully you will meet this warden in court and as much as you will not remember what he/she looks like, he/she will not recognise you either unless he lies because he is on the payroll0 -

I would second the threat of a witness summons. .although cheap to issue (£50) you would have to pay witness expenses ( but worth using as tool against them)0 -
Something you might need to be aware of in relation to asking for a witness to appear.Witnesses
What can I do if a witness won’t attend?
The court rules allow you to “witness summons” witness to make it compulsory for him / her to attend. Failure of a witness to attend after a witness summons could be contempt of court and result in criminal proceedings against the witness. However, a Judge might not think it appropriate to witness summons for a small claim and might just expect you to do the best with the evidence you can put before the court. If you want to try to obtain a witness summons, you should do so well in advance of the trial. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If he's still working for the claimant then there are no claimable expenses.0
