    So you know how much the rent is compared to other properties and to see if the LL is ripping you off for the utilities.

    I pay £70 a week for rent, council tax, internet, tv licence, gas, water and electric.

    I think im getting a good deal :)

    Most other houseshares at at least £90+ a week round here
