Beg your pardon? Why would I need an imaginary monthly figure for bills when they are inclusive of rent?
I can't think of a single practical application for this.

So you know how much the rent is compared to other properties and to see if the LL is ripping you off for the utilities.It's nothing , not nothink.0 -
