Amazon Prime Delivery

I ordered an item on Wednesday from Amazon Prime for next day delivery. On Thursday I got a card telling me it had been left with a neighbour. Oh good, I shall pop over and get it. I have been several times and she has not been at home and I understand she is on vacation. :eek: What if anything can I do?
