I can only assume testyhog is either having a bad day or doesn't work. Most of us wouldn't dream of sitting in all day (although all my Amazon deliveries show how many stops to delivery anyway).

    yes, you can do something.

Be present at your address next time you order something for delivery, you know, it's not hard, especially when you know what day it will be getting delivered

What a ridiculous comment. What would you do, if you need to go out / go to the toilet / have a shower etc? :rotfl:

It seems tastyhog, gets some perverse satisfaction from being a troll? Just one of his many similar posts

18 - 19 degrees, do you live in a sauna?

For me that would be a really uncomfortable heating level and 15 - 16 is pushing on it being overly warm.

You must wonder around the house in the nude to need those those kinds of temperstures.

The OP did not say that they were not in, I had a £50 delivery on Saturday left behind a neighbour's bin, delivered to the wrong house. I was in at the time and have a large address sign by my front door. I do have an honest neighbour though.

Fine for people who can just laze around on their backsides all day, but some have to work, or fulfil other obligations.

I volunteer for the MS Society. I had an appointment to meet with our service users which I did not feel appropriate to cancel.

Did you not think to reschedule your Amazon delivery? Perhaps have it delivered to an Amazon locker that you could collect at your leisure?

Back in the day, we went to physical shops to purchase our items. If we had appointments elsewhere then our purchase had to wait.

Now we have the "inconvenience" of having to wait at home for our items to be delivered directly to us..

No one is somehow forced to order from the internet for home delivery.

Go to the shops on your day off if you have to work or fulfil other obligations..
