I've heard of some people having their own overpayment spreadsheet. does a gone have one they could share ?
My own mortgage spreadsheet is very messy and set up with about ten different scenarios so here's a simplified version for 2019:

Hi all, I’ve been in the DFW for 3 years but it’s my first time to be in MFW. I would like to join in the 2019 challenge please?
Our mortgage as of December 2018 is £73887.51 with 15 years and 5 months remaining term, a minimum payment of £510.14 at 3.24% interest. We are tied to this mortgage until 2023 and can only make limited overpayments (up to 10%).
Our target for 2019 is to make a total payment of £10000, or £3800 in overpayments. We are also currently saving up some house renovation funds for 2019 and 2020."There is Life AFTER DEBT."LBM 2009 Total Debt £49046.24 Debt Free as of 27/08/20150 -
