Exactly why there wasn't a permit on it. It was parked in the bycle bays, out of the way. Not in a spot.

get the person being chased to name the keeper (you, or driver, you) and get a pcn in your own name

ensure the keeper gets a free cert of posting from the PO Counter and keeps it with a copy of the letter naming you

this should ensure that VCS (not MPC) send you an NTK that you appeal using the blue text template (which will be turned down), then you ignore for 6 years unless VCS try a court claim (possibly using B W LEGAL)

there is no CCJ without a court hearing or default judgment if you fail to respond and also fail to pay what the court says

its ignoring the court that gets you e CCJ

so if you lose in court, pay up, IN FULL, promptly

until it goes to court and you lose and fail to pay, then nobodys credit rating is affected

no court = no CCJ = no credit clamping

The parking lot is a residential one, dedicated to the flats where I am living

So what gives the parking company the right to issue parkig charges/insists a permit is displayed?
any signage the parking company has errected is irrelevant, you must look at what the lease says with regards to parking
    From the Plain Language Commission:

Also, the sign does say a permit must be clearly displayed.

Honestly I'm not even sure how to get in touch with them at this point. I've been searching for an email and can't find anything, I can't find an address etc.

The only options I have on their website is to pay. Any tips?

look at the VCS privacy page

the sign should say VCS, not MPC

or it may say EXCEL, because the MPC website is hosted on the EXCEL page

your paperwork will have an EPS or VCS reference

As Redx said, look at their Privacy pages.

On all three of their Privacy Notices pages there is a Dataprotection email address - the same email address on each.

And each one of those pages has their Data Protection Officer's full postal address too.

It's definitely VCS, it says so on the portal.

The privacy policy on the website gives "page not found error", also have you got a link for coupon_mad? I've searched forum and Google and can't find it.

I've found a pdf of VCS policy online, this has. A data protection email listed. So is this what J should contact them through?
