    It's been reported on other threads that Now TV now no longer offer ADSL broadband when the predicted speed is below 2Mbps.

    In a sense, that's good customer service - as long as they explain it properly, and they make sure that no customer is upsold without their consent.

    A more cynical view might be that customers below 2Mbps do not make for a suitable upsell to a TV package.

    lol. That is quite cynical, but you may have a point, that it always ensures the TV service can work with their BB.

    I thought customers will low speeds, ruined their statistics, which impacted the average speed they can use to advertise?
