Luckily you didn't need to make a complaint .
I tried and they don't want to record complaints.
The claim itself was incredibly badly dealt with and the staff constantly changing over shifts in tbe middle of the day.
I wouldn't go with any company that needs to ' buy' reviews.
I did need to complain about one of the call handlers and it was dealt with within days resulting in £100 compensation which I put into my daughoaccou t as it was her that had the a accident.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I found that Intana who are the claims handlers have an in-house system of dealing with complaints, hence you are likely to be speaking to the person who you dealt with you badly To make the complaint.
But it was collinson who are at the top of the complaints tree and they are the problem
Got to say, NEVER heard of an insurance company who suddenly send you £100 compensation .
