Old siggie was £2.1k so very little reduction really but fingers crossed it will improve later in the month

Hi you are right and i think il be clearing a good chunk this month so im happy i think i was just having one of them days... true blood has sorted that i feel abit of vampire r and r is good for a girls soul.... hypno you are right eventually i wont care what the intrest is because i will not need or want a card and i will eventually get there the road is long but worth it i suppose xxx

Found out I'd made a mistake on the house insurance and got the cover to start immediately rather than on the 10/7. Phone them today and got it sorted but whats the betting that I'll miss the CB on it!! Never mind.

OH announced that he's got a hefty wedge of expenses coming so that should make a dent in the debt later in the month.

The food budget will be a challenge this month since I seem to have spent a chunk of this already Can't be helped I guess.....

We do have two big expenses coming up though. I need to get my glasses sorted out. I've avoided it for about a year but I am really struggling now and I can't avoid it for too much longer!

We're also trying to sort out a mini break for October. We were thinking of using our T vouchers but they don't do quite what we wanted. TBH I'd rather use them for the days out etc that we do in the holidays. I've ID a break down in Cornwall which is quite reasonable but its finding the extra dosh.....Nice to plan though.

Hi working, glad to hear about oh's expenses ... a break would be lovely eh one can dream ... if its a nice summer you can get somewhere cheap and feel like you have been away although no sun in october :P nice to see the 100 less on the sig ive paid 400 out on a outstanding debt so thats come off the sig always feels good to wave bye bye to one less thing :P

It would have been more but there was a residual £127 on the B/Card that I needed to clear. I've not worked out where that come from unless it was interest, which it could have been. I'll get slightly more next month as I did submit my expenses on time this month so hopefully the debt will tumble down fairly quickly. I wish I could get the food budget (well wine/beer this month) under control. Too many world cup parties !!! Shame..

I spent Monday with my spec's on rather than my lenses in and I was hopeless. There were on and off all day and when I was outside I couldn't see a thing in the sunshine....time to visit and face the truth...I was in denial as well as being a MSEDFW
