Thanks for all your posts :)

As for when we lose the technically DF title. Sometime in the summer I think however frustratingly it won't be that quick. The monthly debt payment is about £300. This doesn't sound much when at our debt busting height we were paying £1k off every month. However our budgets are now much more comfortable and we're overpaying the mortgage by £600 per month as well. So in answer to your question it will be in the summer hopefully before we go on holiday.

Tomorrow is going to be clothes clearout day :o:o:o. Following advice on here there is going to be 2 piles initially: Fits and doesn't fit. From the fit group I'm going to get rid of any thing old, worn out or shabby. Like you CG I'm definately not a fashionita so such a lot is worn, worn and worn yet again. The unfit pile will be sorted into sellable stuff (ebay), charity shop or bin. I might have to do this a couple of times to get it right. This is going to feel really scary to do but I'm going so need to get it done. I have so much stuff just stuffed into drawers etc and given that I've bought very little since we've been debt busting, and I've sold a lot already it just goes to show how much I've accumulated. Enough it will be done tomorrow and then I will start listing it....:p

Ref the job hunting CG no VR in my sector as yet and unlikely to be I'd guess (and I work in HR) and tbh I'm not sure I would opt for it. I think its more about ensure that I stay content with my work, and marketable. I've a couple of colleagues who've only worked in our sector and therefore they would struggle to get a job in the private sector. I've worked in both however which is a definate positive. I've got a CV update and covering letter to get done this week as well. In fact I should really be looking at that tomorrow???? I need to think about that in fact:o

OFA continues although quite sedately this weekend as we had quite a lot on. I've managed a trot with the hound each day and I'm going for a run tomorrow am and I've planned a swim with a friend Wednesday night.

All the S/O's come out tomorrow so the bank balance literally reduces to nothing....

    Quick update...

CV updated and covering letter done. Both emailed to the Recruiter for a particular post. I'm still waiting for feedback on my CV from friends but I just wanted the applicaiton in. I'm not holding out too much hope but I've got to start somewhere have I not.

Done a nice long trot with the hounds this am. I'm thinking of looking into powerwalking......Off to the library to get a book out on the subject, rather than buy one (see MSE DFW ways still going strong!).

Wardrobe clearance is going to have to wait until the weekend I think. Tomorrow night is walk hound and swim with a friend and tonight and Thursday I've got meetings :( It will get done though

Oh and I brought the finances upto date so the o/s items (in green on my spreadsheet) don't look too bad now.

Off now into the sunshine even if it is a little chilly!

    See you later :)

Back in control after bringing my SD spreadsheet upto date. Items in green (outstanding's are now down to 3). This is helped by another CB payout which is now winging its way through the either. This was meant to go in the Spa/Ski fund but its gone off the overspending this time!

I'm feeling like that as well HTGDF. I'm planning a nice long walk/jog tomorrow whilst DS2 is at football.

Loving the totals by the way 33.40% :)

I went for a long power walk (ish) this am while DS2 was at football. It felt really good even in the cold and the rain. I really enjoyed it so back on track again with OF@ :o

Booked some train tickets to London for half term last night and ordered some Mr T vouchers to go on the sightseeing bus which will be fun. Realised though, after I'd booked the tickets, that I'd booked the wrong week :(. Managed to understand how I apply for a refund and have now done this (minus the £10 admin charge :(:() and booked tickets on the correct date this time. I'm trying to make the most of the Travel card (which has now definately paid for itself) and give the kids a good memorable day out as well.

Indoor chores today, house full of kids this pm and evening (sleepover ) but quiet day planned tomorrow. Ironing pile is under control which is always a positive.

    Onwards .....
