Cancelled Sky - how/will they contact me?

Just cancelled Sky after 5 years.

How and will they contact me to offer a deal?

Am assuming phone/e-mail/post, are there any other formats that this may happen in so I do not miss?

Thanks !!

    Your SKY members page .
Or they just may not want you back .
  • Phone usually as long as you haven't asked them previously to not contact you.

They may not contact you at all.

I have recently left. Got nothing until after it was turned off then have had one generic 'come back to sky' flyer though the post and another generic offer in the 'left sky in the last 12 months' page on the website.

No phone call, nothing in the 'my offers' page and nothing over the standard basic offer for returning customers. So if you are hoping they are desperate to win you back with a great offer you are likely to be very disappointed.

Pretty much the same for me, just after I cancelled I had a a couple of calls a day from them for a few days which I chose to ignore and then nothing and it's now been off for a month. I've gone to NowTV so not fussed but it does seem as though they aren't currently bothered about some customers, I only had the original package and was paying £8 a month so not worth much to them really.

I cancelled just a year ago and had no contact . I now have an Amazon Fire TV stick, with a Prime membership and have more than enough to watch at under £6/month.(special offer on 12 month subscription)

Those customers who regularly haggle down the price may well become unprofitable. Why spend time and money chasing them?

I was going to ask a similar question
I have been a sky customer for 16 years and am contemplating leaving
If I do leave - what are they likely to offer me ?
