Radiator question

I emailed reactive . I was obviously polite and accommodating when I explained that I wasn't contacted after the 18th Dec . I asked them what am I paying them for , if nobody comes to investigate a problem I have with the radiators . I emphasised that I understand they are busy like most tradespeople in December leading up to Christmas .I didn't complain to them until Friday 4th of this month .I received a reply . They are looking into it.
They did say that they will get an engineer to contact me to arrange an appointment for this week ..

I won't mention mr. Builder of course, but it'll be interesting to see how reactive handle the fault .
I'll keep you posted ..

Just thought I'd update , if anyone's interested
I have had no contact from reactive . Last Friday , I received an email telling me that an engineer would be in touch, to arrange a visit.

I just replied to that email advising him that , that hasn't happpened .
I received an automated reply to call a no./ email engineer services
It's Friday , so no need . I expect them to contact me next week , probably Monday .

.. and still nothing .
I have paid £105.36 over the last 6 months ,and in that time they haven't actually done anything .
I'm in a conundrum about leaving poor feedback on trust pilot .

As mentioned , I have a builder who can replace the 2 rads for a days work which could possibly be cheaper than a powerflush .
If I leave feedback on trust pilot , I wonder if they may give compensation for their ghost like behaviour ?
Annoying ..
