Depends on your distance from the cabinet. They will give you an estimate but no guarantee. Example. I have that product and am 300m from my cabinet. I get around 70mbps down and 18mbps up. Those are the speeds I get whenever I test so there is no obvious oversubscription.

Just checked and mine is actually called Unlimited Fibre Extra.

After complaints about misleading advertising, PlusNet and others are obligated to give a guarantee.

PlusNet gave me a guarantee 44.3Mbps. Unfortunately I am not receiving that.

First question is this speed at the router .
If not how are you testing ??
Via Ethernet cable and router direct to master socket.

I am testing via ethernet connection to the router to the master socket which was installed by Openreach, using http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com/

BT site and PlusNet have confirmed that I am not receiving 44.3Mbps

We have Plusnet fibre, and just run the above test.

    Download speed 67
    Upload speed 10

I ran the test though wifi, and cabinet not far away (not sure of distance). Our guaranteed speed is 80 mbp.

No complaints using PC, though when using ipad or mobile phone, occasionally unable to connect.

What is the Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Speed?
Plusnet is a signatory to Ofcom's Voluntary Speed Code of Practice. Under the Code we aim to make sure you're aware of the estimated broadband speed you should receive and have the opportunity to end your contract should you not receive a Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Speed.

If your speed falls below the Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Speed value you should contact us and we will try to rectify the issue with the aim of getting your speed within your original speed estimate range.

Please note that the Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Speed applies to the 'line' or 'sync' speed of your line, not the 'throughput' speed.
How do I check my Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Speed?
If you signed up to us, changed products or moved home/offices after 31st May 2017 you can check your Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Speed by logging into Member Centre and checking your Broadband connection settings.

If you signed up before 31st May 2017 then you won't have a Minimum Guaranteed Access Line Speed, however we will always do our best to make sure your broadband speed falls within the estimated speed range for your line.

You can find out more on our Ofcom Speed Code of Practice page.

The line speed quoted is up to the router BTW, not what your PC gets even if it's plugged directly into the router and the router into the master socket although there shouldn't be much of a drop off.

Edit: as asked above what speed are you actually getting?

I've checked and there's actually an external high resistance fault that looks to be causing performance issues on your line. It looks like you spoke to someone about this earlier today and a fault has been raised and is awaiting to be tasked out to an engineer.

The tests are as instructed by PlusNet and the BEST results are:
    Download Speed 43.10 Mbps
    Upload Speed 17.20 Mbps
    Ping 37.63 ms
