Check out volunteering with your nearest RDA stables. It gets you back into the horsey world, you meet nice people and really make a difference.

Please don't do stuff just to make your parents proud! Anymore snide comments and just reply "I blame my parents" or "well, I'm 50% genes 50% environment, so I'm a product of your own making!" Unless your adopted!

How about getting involved with Christmas shoeboxes or some sort charity work? A sponsored trek? Travel somewhere exciting? Or combine the both?

I'm feeling similar if that helps.
