Fair enough but IMO she has wide support here and IRL from her ex as her ex was at the property. He was also witness and as many have said here, she needs to report it to stop this kind of abuse happening to anyone else.
The OP appears to be a very articulate poster and a fighter judging by some of her previous threads, so I look forward to the news that she reported him and the bloke was fired.

I stand by what I have posted in response to your previous post and do expect an update as I'm intrigued.
Whether or not the OP reports, updates/etc is her choice.. I'm sure she is aware of this and I
have wished her well several times as you can see from my previous posts, so I'm not sure what you are on about.
On a forum, anyone can ask but it's up to the person to respond or not and that is a simple fact.

So you are "intrigued"
- but it's up to OP to deal with this whatever way she sees fit and not up to us to insist she "reports back". Several comments from same person referring to "report back" does sound like pressure to me to do that.0 -

Well hell do I need to report all the times I was assaulted (some quite serious) ? Just for the police to do nothing as is usually the case, generally citing no witness, no evidence!
That's not how it works, plus she is a regular poster and although she seems to be a fighter, possibly just for now she wants to not fight with the system.
Leave alone, she will respond if and When she chooses.63 mortgage payments to go.

For the record, not just me here saying she should/must report this incident,
About the police, they have a duty of care for the alleged victim and the alleged criminal.
I agree that she is a fighter, hence the encouragement.0 -

OP, for what it's worth I don't think you should give details of any action you take.
If you want to give an update - and only if you want to - I think we'd all love to know how you're getting on. For me, the most important thing would be to know that you've done the right thing foryou - whatever that happens to beWhat would Buzz do?

And I'm not convinced the OP's ex would be much use as a witness. The OP suggested that he wasn't exactly supportive or sympathetic, thought she was making too much of it etc.Signature removed for peace of mind0
