HI I am wondering how I can take my complaint further. The company doesnt seem willing to cooperate, I dont feel valued as a customer and they dont appear to respect my complaint or be willing to compensate for my situation. The guy on the phone would give me his supervisors name or contact information. Any support would please be appreciated
My complaint: I will never be using this company again. Have just spent 45 mins on the phone, I feel totally devalued as a customer and I cannot understand how Wow air are in business! Had paid £130 for 3 people 2 weeks ago for NYE and have just seen flights are now £88! they are willing to do nothing with my complaint. Everyone knows yes prices go up and down but as the time gets nearer as the seats get less, demand for the seats increases and so does the price otherwise no one would ever book flights early. There is a system that everyone is aware of this keeps the company in business, otherwise you would constantly have unhappy customers and the aim of any business is to have happy returning customers. How they can warrant a decease of £40 on one of the biggest holidays of the year is beyond me. They said if I had my flight had been cancelled then they would give some form of compensation making me feel my complaint isn't good enough! Even though the result is the same. Flight cancelled = unhappy customer, Large price drop = unhappy customer! Dont use! Dont book in advance and risk spending more money than needed!
Thanks in advance

I think this is terrible.
Print some leaflets explaining the issue and prepare some collection tins. When you reach the departure gate for your flight, hand out the leaflets and ask all the passengers who cheated by booking late to give you some of the difference, so that your loss is not so bad. I am sure that they will all be pleased to help.
As for that terrible airline, you can take revenge by buying all their tickets and then not travelling.0 -
“I will never be using this company again.”
If you told them that when you complained I would think they would cast your rant to the side or in the bin. Why would they bother if you are not going to use them again.
BTW, prices drop, prices rise. Just one of those things. U.K. departure APD is £73 alone. Other airport and security charges on top. They are not making money on an £130 fare let alone a £88 one.0 -
What a ridiculous complaint. Prices fluctuate all the time. If you'd paid £88 and saw them later for £130 would you be asking them if you could pay the difference? Airlines don't ask for more when prices increase, neither do they refund when prices drop.
Ryanair had flights LBA-ACE on Tuesday for £1.99 each way. How do you think people who had paid into 3 figures for those felt?0 -
Sometimes you just have to shake your head. My thoughts go out to the frontline CSR's that probably have to deal with these kinds of nutters on a daily basis.0

Hi Jemma, is that your name ?
Now Im more likely to use Wow Air based on this.0 -
Also probably worth highlighting that you are lucky to still have a flight at all. They were days if not hours away from going bust this week.Still not completely safe until (if) this latest rescue deal comes to fruition.

Imagine the rant if they don’t get a flight because they go bust and no refund either. OP may explode0 -
The reason the flight prices are low is that no one is booking them for fear they collapse or cancel the flight before departure. I bought a 500ml tub of Flora Light in Tesco at £1.80 last week, now there is an offer at £1. I am furious, I must bring it back and get a refund of the difference.
Please rethink what you are saying, you paid £130 for a flight to the US, I paid £74 three days ago for a day return fare, standard class by train to London which takes an hour and 8 minutes, who got the bargain? Last thought, I think you should read some of the WoW reviews before you travel otherwise your blood pressure will have exploded before you get to the States0 -
