So ACG COULD you not help me in this case ?0

When does it all fall off acg
I am willing to pay high fees if you can me secure a deal.0 -
I could potentially get it through (not a guarantee). BUT I would not touch your application.
There are 2 reasons for that:
1) You have knowingly lied, how do I know that you are not hiding other important information?
2) This industry is very hard and if a lender decides to kick me off panel for dealing with dodgy clients, I could lose my livelihood overnight. I have a family to feed and another 20 years in the industry - that is too much of a risk for me.
I do not mean that to be offensive but more straight to the point without sugar coating it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I am afraid I am with ACG on this one. I have come up against this once before and when discussing with our compliance dept at the network they told me to walk away.I am a Mortgage Adviser

5k income vs potential to lose job/ license, Barge pole I'm afraid
Reap what you have sown I'm afraid OP.
No harm to trying to find a broker yourself, but I hope your up front with them or you will find wasted searches on your credit file and angry brokers."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

I think you are missing my point. Even if I wanted to charge £5k (which I dont), your case risks me losing my annual income every year in a job I enjoy. Why would I take that risk?
You might find you are actually better with a large broker such as L&C/Which - they have so much clout behind them that they would probably not be worried about placing a case like this. My business has 2 brokers and I would not sleep for months whilst it went through. There is far too much risk for me.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. How long will fraud marker stay
Like nhunter on file and should I wait for it to be removed before applying then ACG0 -
I am not sure how long they stay. I think someone posted a link on page 1 of this thread which may help.
There is no harm trying another broker before giving up, but I would explain everything fully and see what they say. Failing that, it might be a case of having to hold fire. Applying blindly wont help and infact could actually go against you in the long run if they keep reasons for why you were declined.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
