I need to appeal before midnight. The gym is having none of it.
Should i use the template or shall i edit it with my circumstances? the template mentions but i have already seen the pics and also they dont charge to park so its irrelevant mentioning overstay?0 -
You got your answer in the first reply on this thread.I need to appeal before midnight. The gym is having none of it.

Here it is again:
For clarity:You don't add anything to the appeal...
Send the appeal unchanged - no additions or alterations necessary.
Send it as the keeper.0 -
In the NTK what reason do the PPC (is it VCS or Excel?) give for the issue of the PCN. Is it 'Parking outside a bay', 'Parking in a restricted area' or something else. Also do they mention POFA or that they have the right to recover the charge from the keeper.
If possible scan or photograph the NTK, upload it to a image hosting site and post the link to it on here.
Obviously cover up any details about you or the car, the PCN number and anything that might identify you.
Don't forget you are the 'keeper' and the driver should not be identified or hinted at in any correspondence with the PPC or on here.
I would edit your posts starting with the first one to remove any wording that might indicate who was driving. Again you are the 'keeper' only. When you have done it I will remove this paragraph.0 -
Hi.
I recently received a parking charge at my workplace, on private land, from Excel Parking. Having been on various forums, and had discussions with others who have had these type of notices, there was a lot of advice to ignore the letters, which I have done in due course.
I have now received a final demand which states “we are giving you a final opportunity to settle your account before we commence county court proceedings.
In the event that we commence county court proceedings against you for the recovery of any outstanding balance, we will also seek recovery of any associated court fees, solicitors costs and statutory interest.”
I’m now staring to lose my nerve, which I’m sure is the point of such letters. I’m wondering if anyone has dealt with Excel Parking previously? Or know of any county court proceedings that they have gone ahead with and won?
Any help is appreciated.

HAHAHA!
You need to read more Excel threads; we beat them all the time.
Please do not post on this thread, it's called hijacking & is bad form, unfair on Ziddy.
PLEASE READ THE NEWBIES THREAD (NO ASKING WHERE IT IS...AND READ MORE EXCEL THREADS).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
