Received Court Claim form from Gladstones

Hi all,
Just got email from UKCPM on their data on me, they sent the 3 PCN and reminders all to my old address including pictures of my car. But the email asked me to speak to Gladstones to get more information they have on me. Should I write to Gladstones, I did ask the person who communicated with me from Gladstones but they never replied as only standard legal documents they would send to me.
Not sure anything I can do, talked to court they said only both sides agreed mediation otherwise it would not happen i.e. I have to go to court.0 -

WHOOPS ...... this shows the lack of intelligence by UKCPM
You sent them a SAR which is a legal request. UKCPM need to answer the SAR as requested. Failure to do that means they are reported to the ICO.
Maybe they should get legal advice from Gladstones ? On reflection though, they best not unless they understand the Gladstones rubbish0 -
What they meant was they only hold information about me and my car from the PCNs they issued and the reminders they sent which all had my London address on them. They then forwarded my case to Debt recovering Plus then to Gladstones. They told me to write to them separately to get whatever information they held on me.
I'm so tired dealing with them, I'll wait until court sends me something. Thank you.0 -
