I see Ryanair are potentially charging folk after their system changed passengers surnames!
Allegedly changed their names

That was when trying to change the flight - I could only recreate that if I had a flight to change; they're now in the past. The error on the return flight and why we were trying to change it happened in the original booking.0 -
We've just learned (at great cost to ourselves, so far) that Vueling's website repeatedly changes the return flight date, even after you've spotted it happen and changed it. Don't ever relax about it.
To add insult to mishap, they 'nail your hat on' with the 'market rate flight price' at the airport ticket desk to get you on the correct flight, rather than charging an admin fee, and tell you to ask for a refund afterwards. Then they deny any culpability whatsoever. A malfunctioning website leading directly to the opportunity to profiteer from you're being stranded. They may be staying within the law and aviation regulations, but never again for us.0
