A delicate vase would be prefarable to an at times Homicidal Maniac . A dual personality. Sonetimes a sweet wee Scottish llady other times not.

Sounds like fun, Ming - thanks for the invite.

Hate to be picky, but is the cake gluten free?  If not, don't worry I'll bring my own - plus extra.

I remember watching a programme with DD - can't remember what it was.  The only thing that sticks is a bit about Peru.  "Oh!  Isn't that nice" she said "that lady has guinea pigs in her kitchen and she's feeding them lettuce!"

"Erm...  How can I put this?  They're not pets..."

No idea where she put the lemon either!

I've eaten guinea pig in Ecuador. It reminded me very forcibly of the rat dissection I'd done for my A level biology the year before...

Thankully her plan to bake Gingerbread and disguise the house up the Hill to tempt small children indoors seemed to have failed.

I tried to be a concientious objector when it came to  dissecting anything but failed.

I never understood the point. There were pictures and explainations in text books, I once had  a miserable looking  frog deceased of course but he must have seen what was coming.

Back in 2009 DS2 was going to South America for the summer & his vegi g/f was going out to meet him in Peru. In one restaurant they tried to explain she was vegi & said "not chicken" but was given hamster which they were told quite truthfully was "not chicken"...
