Beeglie knows who is the Boss. Here'a a pic of my new amazing trolley I got to keep all my books, knitting, and laptop on..

Handy for storing your cat in too, Ming. One life - your life - live it!21

That trolley looks very similar to an Ikea one here except mine is white. From the look on Beeglie's face I wouldn't bank on being allowed to keep your things on the trolley. They take ownership you know as I described in my earlier post.If Mag's saw that trolley she'd take over. Lots of room for stolen treasures , she could use the throw she stole from dd to hide them. It's bizzare to see a vey tiny cat dragging clothes, dds knitting and anything warm and soft around. She must have had help with the throw though , She can't fold things as far as I know so as the throw was neatly folded on top of the radiator with madam curled up fast asleep on top I suspect dd got fed up trying to stop her dragging it to the floor and gave in.pollyxIt is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.
There but for fortune go you and I.16 -
I bet ccats can fold things., they just pretend they can't so they don't have to help with the laundry.

Interesting article saying that people who wear glasses are three times less likely to catch covid than those who don't on the news feed so I looked to see if anyone makes plain lens glasses with no magnification and yes they do, not just safety glasses although they do wrap round the corner of the eye but 'fashion' glasses with clear glass instead of a lens and mostly at very reasonable prices with a big choice of frame styles. As the restrictions are eased and people are able to be out and about again, albeit in a safety conscious way they'd be another very simple way of helping prevent catching covid. I guess prevention comes under the general prepping umbrella?10

That's intriguing; thanks, boazu. I quite often forget to take mine off when out shopping, but I don't expect they'd be much help sitting on the top of my head!
Speaking of our feline lords & masters, when we lived backing onto a west London park, we had one who used to drag sausages back from the neighbours' BBQs, and who half the street were feeding under the impression that she was a "poor little stray"... The embarrassment was very real. Not to mention dear pretty little Tabitha, who used to steal our breakfast pancakes and gallop off down the garden with them flapping behind her, still dripping lemon & sugar. In the end, the last dregs of pancake mix were always cooked up as "Tabby's pancake," but she still had to "steal" it from the table or it clearly wasn't a proper pancake. Of the current incumbents, Dora strolls in & out of the neighbours' bedroom windows when open, and makes herself thoroughly at home; she's been found sleeping on or under their beds, when she's not trying to obliterate the local wildlife. Poppy her sister is enormous & daft but very lovable and affectionate, and Jinxi, our older rescue cat, is wildly eccentric and stuffs random bits of food into DD1's shoes for later reference. Which causes some eldritch shrieks when the poor girl's doing an early shift & forgets to check her shoes before sliding her feet in at 5.30am...Angie - GC Jul 25: £225.85/£500 : 2025 Fashion on the Ration Challenge: 26/68: (Money's just a substitute for time & talent...)20 -

When I had an eye test just before Christmas I told the optician that I hadn't worn my lenses since March so didn't need a lens check. He said that most of his customers had said the same.15
