-taff yes TY he's already picked that one out. I like the Italian programmes, fairly easy to follow due to my long term addiction to
Montalbano.
.
I seem to be able to block most of the violence in these programmes, count my knitting stitches or tickle the dog for distraction.
DH has just got an appointment for his vacc. jab this pm. He was literally on his way to send a complaining email to our MP, as he is the last of the over80s we know locally to get an appointment. It is at the local hospital, 10 miles, so good for us.17 -

I didn't order any bread last week, or tortilla wraps. Just plain forgot. So have been saving what's left of the bread loaf for DD's breakfast toast and sandwiches for lunch. Thought I had one wrap left, went to use it, and nope. Bleurgh. Had green patches *insert vomiting emoji*.But, had flour, salt, oil and water, so followed a really simple recipe online and quickly made my own wraps on my lunchbreak! Prepping and know how (well, google in my case). It always sees us through!February wins: Theatre tickets17

hello Peeps. day 10 of my SI and I am only now feeling human, still have a headache along with a dry cough but it is showing signs of cracking, lots of steam and vicks.
for about a week only thing I could manage was to sleep and sip water.
don't think I will be back at work tomorrow, but as My manager seems to have quit in the middle of all this not even sure who to contact, as it seems nearly all the staff went down with a positive PCR, to varying degrees of Illness.
Thankful for prepping and neighbours.
edit to add, THANK YOU for all the wellwishers and thoughts from you guys, so many to remember,I am blown away by your kind thoughts. x x
today's mood is brought to you by coffee, lack of sleep and idiots.

So good to hear from you Work will happen when you are up to it so don't be persuaded back too soon. Steam and vick is pretty good. Keep the fluids going and I hope you can manage some soup or something easy to eat.pollyxIt is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.
There but for fortune go you and I.18 -
Cornishchick, do not, under any circumstances, be pressurised to rush back to work or normal levels of activity. Time has shown us that it takes a while to recover, even from a mild bout of this virus. Listen to what your body is telling you.One life - your life - live it!19
