The information on where things come from should be somewhere on the packaging Mardatha.
I've started looking for this myself, I just discovered that all the cat food comes from Dublin ( both the wet and the dry stuff) so will be stocking up the moggy cupboard shortly.
We can't have our precious little assassins unhappy now, could we?
I will be double checking all the dry goods etc for origin too. Fresh stuff I have always bought local, so that should be ok.

Dreamies are produced by Mars Petcare UK I can't find out exactly where they come from, it only says made in UK.

The wood pulp for making loo rolls is imported from Scandinavia, I think0

Karmacat, re microgreens - there's a great book by Peter Burke called Year-Round Indoor Salad Gardening. His method is quite simple, and basically involves shoving watered seeds in a container of compost/soil into a cupboard for a couple of days, then putting them on a light windowsill for a few more days until the plants are big enough to eat. I've only tried this with an old packet of mizuna (lettuce-type stuff) and it worked fine.

Mar Have you ever tried her highness with Go Cat Soft and Crunchy?
It's meant as a dry food but when a family members 2 cats became very demanding and quite addicted to Dreamies - no wonder it's known as crack for cats! she tried the Soft and Crunchy as a better value alternative and adjusted their wet food accordingly.
Girl cat is tiny and managed the treat better than the larger Dreamies and boy cat aka the human hoover as he's much bigger than his sister has now forgotten the Dreamies ever existed .
Made by Purina , US company but produced in the UK in fact there's a factory in the NW of England . We often see them at bargain prices in supermarkets , Wilko etc .

Funnily enough Polly, I got some Purina last week and tried her on it and she loves it. I give her it in place of Dreamies and she munches it all up. Just Purina chicken and wholegrains. So have added on a 3kg bag of that for next week.0

I've just been told it's the Crunchy and Tender . Flippin' fibro fog! Like you it's being given as a treat rather than a meal and the big boy with the ever open mouth ( bit like Simon's cat ) is not so demanding now and happy with the treats .
Those big bags are much better value than the Dreamies .
Hope you're both well . Weather is awful . All the spring bulbs are in full flower and battling the elements here .
