CCW007 you can freeze them separated, so separate the number you would use for say scrambled eggs into 2 freezer bags, then put into 1 bag together & mark with the number of eggs.
Also maybe freeze a few single yolks & whites too.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

I'll join you on dropping a little weight & getting fitter; I'm really missing my dancing! With 5 of us in a big dance studio, with big windows opening onto open countryside, I think we'd have been reasonably safe, TBH, but the whole place was closed, and rightly so. Add in too much baking and a few too many refreshing ciders of a warm evening and there's definitely a bit more of me than I'd like.
No idea about the eggs, I'm afraid; I've never preserved any of ours. We're looking at buying in a handful of PoL hybrid girls for this winter's supply, as the legbars will be going into moult shortly & we never managed to find any suitable day-olds when the bantams were broody, but integrating adult birds will be a challenge. Hey-ho, we've done it before & it wasn't a disaster, but chicks would have been easier.Angie - GC Jul 25: £225.85/£500 : 2025 Fashion on the Ration Challenge: 26/68: (Money's just a substitute for time & talent...)12 -

maryb said:Getting the jar lid tightening bit right is the trickiest bit isn't it? You need it to be able to vent the air in the jar otherwise it won't form a vacuum, but you need the lid held on so that when the vacuum forms, the lid is in the right place and gets sucked down.2024 Fashion on the Ration - 10/66 coupons used

Glad to hear your partner is on the mend, Zentimes - what a relief for you that must be!Euronorris, was your delivery from sainsbugs? They delivered me 12 eggs I didn’t order on Friday - as well as the 6 eggs I did order! As OH is the only one who eats them he has a lot of omelettes in his future 🤣I am another one who is aiming to lose a bit of weight although I have been trying for a few years to little success so I will double down on my efforts! I will also be trying to help OH gain some weight as he is the tall and lanky underweight type. At least all those eggs might help...Original mortgage free date: November 2044Current mortgage free date: November 2038Chipping away...11

Haha, no ours was from Mr T. Just goes to show that they all make mistakes, of course.
I love eggs!! Continuously disappointed that DD is not a fan. Can only just about to get her to eat scrambled eggs, and even then it has to be smothered in ketchup lol
Funnily enough, I'm having eggs for lunch!February wins: Theatre tickets11 -

This is an interesting short paper - it seems, paradoxically, that wearing a mask makes people more likely to distance from you.
EXACTLY what I have said all along, as this has been my experience. Since lockdown I have worn a mask if I had to go out, and people really do give you an extra wide berth, either through fear of the strange lady, or out of politeness, or they assume I am ill/vulnerable, or the visual reminder that they should be doing *something*, or whatever.

Saw an interesting chart on FluTrackers that compared infection/hospitalisation rates between American states that had mandatory masks with states that were open - and the results were eye-opening.And another interesting article saying that we should have stopped covid19 as soon as it got out of China. The world needs an official body with the power to close down all travel and all borders instantly - and then this whole thing would not have happened. We sat here and watched it coming closer and closer - just like they did in the middle ages with the Black Death, and we did nothing. This is an island for godsake - easy to close down. Like NZ. But we did nothing but dither. It's not just us who need to prep, it's govts too. But will they?19
