Yes, that is a bit of a concern. We do have a padlocked gate to the site, and our plot is the other end to the entrance. And we have a tree in the middle and have only planted the half behind the tree so far, so only the swathe still covered in black plastic is visible from the path at the moment. So fingers crossed anything that does grow doesn’t get nicked!

One of my car boot blueberry plants appears to have survived the winter & so I shall move it from its flowerpot into the ground & hope the shock doesn't stress it. If any spud starts to sprout (thin chance as my lot love their spuds, but) I may bury it & see what happens...

Nahh not buying it. It would have to be a global conspiracy and not sure countries are that organised.

A neighbour over the back and a few doors down started playing blaring music in the back garden and yelling “yeah! Whoop!” What makes people think their neighbours want to listen to their music. We were in the garden trying to do some peaceful gardening. My immediate neighbour had a stroke last week and has been sent home slowly deteriorating. I was so angry i went into the front garden to distance myself from the noise. After about 15 mins it stopped and they seem to have gone inside so perhaps someone told them to shut up. I could see things getting really nasty if selfish neighbours keep doing stuff like this. Tensions are really high when we are all locked down in our homes.

I can believe a lot of that and a cashless society is definitely what they want I also wouldn't trust any vacination they produce but maybe that's my paranoia. My family joke that I'm paranoid and that I love a good conspiracy but this virus is too serious even for me.

This will speed up the move  towards  a cashless  society.....and  neo... lib   profit motive    can promote  the wealth before health....until political consequences  are factored  in and they backtrack.....UK had approx 6.5 ICU beds  per 100k pop  and Germany  over 20  ..  they are slightly to the left of us.....but all countries  suffer    difficult to believe this was deliberate.......I'm on a 9....6     about 4 hours left....you all take care

Remember that blueberries need ericaceous compost (unless your garden soil is already acidic enough)!

I think I still have a part sack of that somewhere - and if not, then I will add it to the if possible list along with 3 larger planters! (Or I may turn the engineering apprentice loose & say I need 3 planters, consult on what is or is not scrap Before you lay tools on it...)
