MSE Emails being rejected

(I'm new to the forum so please bear with me if I'm posting on the wrong board!)


For several weeks I have not received the weekly MSE email. After investigating this I have now discovered that BT are rejecting MSE emails with a message like the following :-


554 Message rejected on 2018/11/28 10:03:26 GMT, policy (3.2.1.1) – Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM please read {link removed}


Is there anything that I can do about this? Is there anything that MSE can do about it? I really do want to receive those invaluable emails

Try adding, msemoneytips@crm.moneysavingexpert.com, to your email's safe senders list.

Can you try unsubscribing that email address from the weekly email via this link then subscribing again?

Thanks thingamaBob. I've done as you suggested so I'll wait and see what happens before taking MSE Andrea's advice.

Thanks ThingamaBob .... that seems to have solved my problem.
