MSE Emails being rejected

(I'm new to the forum so please bear with me if I'm posting on the wrong board!)


For several weeks I have not received the weekly MSE email. After investigating this I have now discovered that BT are rejecting MSE emails with a message like the following :-


554 Message rejected on 2018/11/28 10:03:26 GMT, policy (3.2.1.1) – Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM please read {link removed}


Is there anything that I can do about this? Is there anything that MSE can do about it? I really do want to receive those invaluable emails :(
