No ones talking about stopping someone ordering food but it seems this is likely to happen again .
People with severe mental impairments still need coats. Also, you block a card from being used online it stops it from being used everywhere, including food shops.
This may be the first time it has happened, and 'lesson learnt'. Like I said, only the OP knows the full scope of the situation.0
