We've received the SAR from DVLA which claims they requested keeper's details on 29th Oct and we received the NTK on 31st Oct. Exceedingly fast! But they haven't breached the 28 day rule, as hoped

Never mind, UKPC's signage invariably fails the BPA CoP requirements unless they have recently changed it. A good PoPLA appeal with the inadequate signage as point 1 should still provide you with a win.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

PoPLA appeals are mostly a copy and paste and a small amount of editing. Nothing arduous about it at all.

He's going to be in South Sudan for the next 9 months so won't be able do anything if they decide to take him to court. And if he fails the appeal, how much will he have to pay then? Several hundred pounds?0 -
