Attraction tickets direct were fab when we bought tickets from them, you just need to make sure if you are buying for next year you order the 2010 tickets.

It states on the Disney website that if children turn 3 on their holiday they don't have to buy a ticket - it says something like disney don't charge you for growing up.

morning guys, just been looking at universal tickets. Website says bout £75 for the 2 park bonus ticket and citywalk for 14 consecitive days. Has anyone done this? We have our disney tickets but would want to go to universal for day or so. So what would you guys recommend?

Check the universal website and it gives the weekly unlimited access ticket for the same price as the 2 day.
Ive looked at the details comparing the two and there doesnt seem to be any difference

Morning all, I am looking for florida software for my satnav ,its a navman S30 3D takes SD card anyone know the cheapest place for this, and can i get this out in orlando cheap, is it compatable ?
Might want to take a look at this: http://groups.google.com/group/uk.rec.gps/browse_thread/thread/2818bfd750d7d85e

Since maps for my satnav are around £70-£150 each, if it's the same for yours you might be better off buying a satnav at best buy or walmart or somewhere else there.

Ive already booked for us to go to Disney in December, but ive noticed that Virgin/Disney are now offering free Didney dining if you book now - do you think its worth ringing them now and asking if i can have/qualify for this offer?
if you can get this opyion added to you holiday DO IT, its so expensive eating at disney, and didnt know wabout this until it was too late. the americans seem to be switched on to it! dont get the delux one that includes wine as that isnt worth it, but the regular seems a bargain, most people on the last day had so many snack credits left they were taken bags of snacks home with them. the price of the dining plan will be recovered after a few meals i should think, and used well you can get some really expensive restaurant meals equal to a burger and fries. wish we had it we would have saved a fortune

just to say the virgin mega store at downtown disney has now closed down. nothing yet has replaced it.
the best cheapest place to eat at dtd is earl of sandwhich, who do great hot toasted mini loaf sandwhiches for about $6 and they are fab plus nice cheap desserts too, wolfgang puck express is good to the one near world of disney didnt do the other one at west side

Shame the virgin store has gone, hope they replace it. I know they are planning to redesign parts of DTD.

I'm going to be in Florida for the first 10 days of aug. Can I get a ticket for Islands of Adventure/Universal that I can use on any date of these? At most I'm going to be there for 1/2 days.

Anyone know what the Greyhound service is like from Orlando... I shall be staying with relatives in Miami y'see.

You are mixing downtown Disney with Downtown Orlando. DT Orlando very much a non event now. Still a little going on. Rosie O'Gradys long gone. Still got my glasses and garters[which I paid a fortune for]
DTD is/ was Pleasure Island there is a cineplex there A big Maccydees lego massive Disney store various eateries clubs and pub. Circ de Sol Planet Holywood and the like.
DTD check in I have never done but several have, with mixed opinions. Hope that helps have a great time.
yes I have gotten them mixed up.....but then its actually 13 years since I went! Didn't go 2nd time in '99 :D

Loads more questions if anyone will help
Can I get a 1 day ticket for WDW, I think we're more happy with US for the majority of our stay but would like to pop in! as I'm in the region.

Any good dinner shows we should go to, we like the look of the Wonderworks magic Dinner show and also the Polynesian Luau Dinner Show.

    Hi

Of course you can ask :)

So a one day ticket, yes you can get these and they are basically about 75 bucks plus tax so about 82 bucks. You can always get the ebst deal from teh Cheapest Ticket Calculator over on the website for the Unoffical Guide to WDW at https://www.touringplans.com

As for Dinner shows. The Spirt of Aloha is really nice. We went last summer as a treat for our neighbours and paid for the top seats which were right in teh front. Lovely food and a lovely show really reminded me of Hawaii. This year we are going to try the Hopp Dee Doo as I have heard good things about that as well.

For all the the dinner show infomation and menus etc check out https://www.allears.net
