Well done, Emz. You're always such an inspiration to the rest of us. Here's to a really successful May for you.
I was gobsmacked yesterday as I had 3 big-paying surveys all available at once on Prolific. I got 2 done for a total of over £8 but I had to return the 3rd one unfinished as my brain was frazzled by then. Maybe if I'd had it on its own I'd have coped with it but it was a real beast! Then, later in the evening there were 2 short ones for under 40p each. What a day! I haven't heard any more about the telephone focus group so assume I'm not going to be chosen for that one.2 -

I'm raring to go for the start of May. Definitely think my April total will be £233.17, which is great. I will beat it in May though - no slacking!! My Textbroker total this week is looking good. I'm around £55 at least, and am waiting for the article I did yesterday to get approved, so might get even more before I have to request payment today. I also managed to claim a £5 Amazon voucher from Swagbucks, but am still a little way off Lifepoints. Will try to do some more on there later. I've got an article to write already this morning, so will get cracking with that and try to do it before lunch.

I spoke too soon about the focus group. Someone has just phoned me booking me for next week. I'd pretty much given up hope as the actual interviews were supposed to be this week. When I mentioned that to her she said the client had extended the survey period so they can talk to a bigger sample of people. I suspect I wasn't one of their first choice of participants but I'm not at all bothered by that. I know I mentioned on here before that I don't like phone interviews but it's only 45 minutes and I know from past experience that the time just flies. I'm quite looking forward to it now LOL.3

I had a load of dishwasher tablets sent to me today to test - 90 of them in total. Just as well too really, as since we've been eating at home all the time, we're putting the dishwasher on loads. They're good tablets too, one of the new lot on the market, so I was really pleased to get them.

Well done on getting something as useful as dishwasher tablets to test. I haven't had anything for months. I think the last test items I had were some 'new and improved' toilet rolls. Now that would have been a blessing if it had happened this past few weeks LOL.3

May Earnings:
£5.00 - Amazon voucher from Swagbucks
£5.00
It was a good day yesterday. Got my two articles written, and have got another for this morning already. Unfortunately I didn't know about the bank holiday in Germany today (where Textbroker are based), so they aren't sending payments out today, so I'll have to wait until at least Monday before it hits my bank. I'm hoping it'll be a nice chunky payment though.
I got my dishwasher tablets as mentioned above, which are actually really good - we tested them yesterday. I claimed a £5 Amazon voucher from Lifepoints, so have got to get another £10 before I can order my niece's presents. Should be able to manage that between Lifepoints and Swagbucks. I'm also pretty close to another £5 on Prolific, so might be able to add to my May total later today.
My Ninja Foodi Grill is all paid off now. I added my mum's birthday cheque to the payment, so we only had to add a couple of quid of our own money. Onwards to paying off the Apple Watch now. I'll be able to get that below £400 when my TB payment comes in. Let's see how much I can pay off it before the 7th June.
