We have had the WHD discount since it started (2012/13?) had an e mail last week after i applied for this year to say i will be getting it,never had a problem tbh.0

I'm on a key meter which was already in the flat when I moved in. Around November each year when I top up the key an extra £140 is added to the total. In my old flat it was shown as a credit on the quarterly bill.It's nothing , not nothink.0
